These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the 4-Week Jawline Program (“Program”) offered by Marina Carper, an individual/sole proprietor based in Texas, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Program

The 4-Week Jawline Program is a self-guided digital educational program.

The Program includes:

• 4 weeks of video lessons
• 6 lessons per week
• approximately 15–30 minutes of practice per day
• 3 months of access from the date of purchase

The Program is delivered online. No physical product will be shipped.

Personal coaching, individual assessments, and personalized feedback are not included unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The Program is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. You will be charged the price displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase.

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and applicable law.

3. Access

Access to the Program begins after your payment has been successfully processed and continues for 3 months. Your access is personal and may not be shared with another person.

We may suspend or terminate access if Program materials, login information, or other protected content are shared, copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

4. Refund Policy

The Program comes with a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase by contacting us at help@beautywithmc.com. After 3 days, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If a refund is issued, your access to the Program will be removed. 5. Health & Safety

The Program is provided for educational and general wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The Program is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, physical therapy, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Some exercises and techniques may not be appropriate for everyone. Please review the Health & Safety Guidelines before starting the Program. If you have a medical condition, are recovering from an injury or procedure, have recently had cosmetic injections or other cosmetic procedures, or are unsure whether an exercise is appropriate for you, consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, numbness, unusual discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

6. Results

Individual results vary. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, and examples shown on our website or social media represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your results may depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, individual anatomy, lifestyle, and other factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including videos, text, graphics, photographs, downloads, exercises, lesson plans, and other content, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Program for your own personal use. You may not:

• copy or reproduce Program materials
• record or screen-record lessons
• share your login or access with another person
• upload Program materials to social media, websites, groups, or file-sharing services
• sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially use Program materials
• use the Program to create or teach a substantially copied version of the Program

8. Third-Party Products and Links

The Program may include links to third-party websites or online stores where you can purchase optional tools or equipment. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sellers, their products, prices, availability, shipping, or policies. Any purchase you make from a third-party seller is between you and that seller.

9. Technical Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Program available during your access period. From time to time, access may be temporarily interrupted because of maintenance, platform updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the Program. You are responsible for deciding whether the Program and individual exercises are appropriate for you and for following the safety instructions provided. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence give you additional rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on https://www.beautywithmc.com with the updated effective date. Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are posted and will not remove rights you already have under a completed purchase where applicable law does not allow us to do so.
